This patient in her early thirties came to the office to discuss a few concerns with Dr. Connors. Her main concern was with the excess skin and fat on her abdomen. After three pregnancies, she wanted her tight, flat, pre-pregnancy stomach back. She was also wanting a little of contouring in her arms, back bra roll, waist and buttocks areas. In order to address her concerns, Dr. Connors recommended a Full Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) procedure along with some Liposuction and a small Fat Transfer to the buttocks (Brazilian Buttocks Lift). During the Tummy Tuck procedure he removed excess skin and fatty tissue and tightened her separated abdominal muscles. Dr. Connors then used a liposuction technique to remove excess fat cells and contour her arms, back bra roll and waist - giving her an hourglass figure. He then used the fat that was removed to contour the patient's buttocks. She did not want to add fullness throughout her entire backside, just the upper portion creating a more consistent, round shape to her buttocks. She absolutely loves her results and is so excited to have her pre-baby body back!

This front view really accentuates the results of the Tummy Tuck and Liposuction of the waist. Preoperatively, the patient had excess skin in her abdominal area. Postoperatively, the skin is removed and she has a tight, flat stomach and a contoured waist. More

Right Angle

Again, this view really shows off the patient's new tight, flat stomach. You also get a peek at the contouring from the fat transfer to her upper buttocks. More

Right Side View

Not only does this view show the major difference in the patient's abdomen, it shows the results from the fat transfer to her buttocks (Brazilian Butt Lift). She just wanted a little additional fullness in the upper portion of her backside, accentuating the natural curves she already had and providing just a slight lift. More

Left Angle

Again, this view really shows off the patient's new tight, flat stomach. You also get a peek at the contouring from the fat transfer to her upper buttocks. More

Back View

This is a great view to show off the results of the liposuction of the arms, back bra roll and waist areas. The removal of the excess fat cells in those areas provided her with a smoother, more contoured (hourglass) figure. More
