Let me start by saying, 5 stars is not enough for this team of professionals. I can't say enough about Dr. Connors and his staff. Dr. Connors has to be the most caring doctor I have ever met. I am telling you now... I will NEVER go anywhere else. He did my eyelid surgery in November, and I never once felt ANY pain or discomfort. When I say he loves what he does, it has to be true. From the consult to surgery to post op he was so informative, he told me the truth, and talked me through the surgery while in progress. It was such a wonderful experience and I never dreamed I would say that about having my eyelids cut open! He even called me personally the night after surgery to make sure I was ok. I got a call from the nurse too! The office is super inviting, and the operating room was state of the art. In the operating room, they even placed warming blankets on me in case I got too cold. All of these extra little things I would not have normally thought of add up to make sure it is a relaxed and comfortable environment throughout the procedure. The pre and post appointments were informative and prepared me for any and everything. They gave me information I never even thought about. They are thorough, make sure you're prepared, and don't miss a beat. Your safety and wellbeing are top concerns in this practice. I worked with Kristi, Kaysi, and Taylor through this process, and they were all incredibly personable and professional. I felt welcome during every visit and always love talking to them. I have not encountered anyone I would not recommend from this practice. They give the white glove service. I am going back to have several procedures done. I have been a patient of Dr. Connors since 2020 for a Tummy Tuck and he was amazing. It has been 2 years and I’m still happy with my results. He is extremely meticulous and always makes me feel comfortable. Just recently I begin coming to see Dr. Hart for Botox treatments, and she was the only one who understood what I was trying to accomplish. During one of my postop zoom meetings the doctor stated it could be six months before they both heal completely. He also stated that due to the amount of tissue in my left breast and the amount of scarring inside of my right breast, that he did two completely different types of lift. Dr. Connors performed my rhinoplasty procedure in July of 2014. It has been completely life-changing. For as long as I can remember, my nose was something that I was very self-conscious about. Dr. Connors took the time to explain the entire process and procedure, all of the risks and benefits, and a realistic expectation of the results. He also used the Vectra 3D imaging system to actually show me a projected outcome of the procedure. The imaging showed the manipulated image of the nose on my face, so I had a good idea what I would look like after the surgery. This really helped to put me at ease because I knew he and I were on the same page regarding the results. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Connors and his office for any surgical or non-surgical procedure. From the initial comprehensive meeting with him, to the pre-surgery nutritional guidelines and post-operative care, the entire process was seamless and the results are stunning. I received breast implants at an early age. As the years passed, I dealt with issues of asymmetry that required multiple surgeries. Each time, the surgeons forced me to go larger in size than I wanted. I came to Dr. Connors because I felt no one was listening to me or giving me other options. I am small framed and I felt very unbalanced and top heavy. Dr. Connors spent time with me and gave me options no other surgeon had given me, allowing me to be a much smaller and proportionate size. The staff was absolutely amazing!! They really care about their patients. The day of my first post-operative appointment, my dressings were removed and I cried! POST OP REVIEW:I am now two weeks post-op from a 7.5 hour procedure in which I had smart lipo, a breast lift, and an extended tummy tuck. I do not take narcotic medications but went into this procedure anxiously knowing I might be forced to change my position on this in order to keep my pain at a level that was tolerable enough to simultaneously allow my body to heal. Due to the lengthy amount of time I was scheduled to be under general anesthesia, my family persuaded me to undergo the surgery at Northside in Alpharetta and stay overnight to be monitored by the medical staff at this facility. Dr. Connors did an AMAZING job and I do not have words to express how pleased I am with him and his level of skill and expertise. Not only am i starting to see unbelievable results, I only had to be administered pain medication while at Northside during the first 24 hours following my surgery!!! AMAZING Dr. Connors is fortunate enough to have a PA on staff by the name of Maggie who assists him in his surgeries. Since my procedure I have really gotten to know Maggie mainly because I am a High Maintenance patient and the degree to which I worry can be absolutely exhausting! Maggie has been so kind to me and really my main support system since the procedure. She cares about her patients so deeply and makes herself available at all hours to patiently answer or address any problems or fears they may be having. Maggie has earned my upmost respect and trust because my relationship with her has been unlike any other with a medical professional. She may be a PA but in my opinion her level of genuine concern makes her more qualified than any doctor Ive ever met and I would certainly value her opinion over any other physicians that I see. When he got out his ruler and measuring device (no clue what it’s called) to measure symmetry etc at the consultation, drew pictures, brought out a diagram.. I later went back to see Dr Connors for a breast augmentation and can't explain how wonderful the process was from start to finish, my only regret is having not seen him sooner! I achieved a very natural look and feel my requests were all delivered 100% and then some. Dr Connors does a great job of catering to you individually, explaining every little detail, and making sure you understand the whole thing. He asks what you want, gives explanations of how things work, and then asks you to choose among his recommendations based on your wishes. All of the nursing support staff is excellent as well, and you feel like an individual rather than just another surgery. I have already had multiple friends go to him through my referral. If you are looking for some enhancement without having an obviously altered appearance, Dr Connors is a no brainer. Most recently I saw Jenny for Botox, again not pushy, asked my desires and what I hoped to achieve and went minimalist rather than over the top. Thrilled with my results once again. Dr Connors has done an incredible job top to bottom, start to finish. The office is beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the pricing is fair. Wonderful for Injectables and Breast Augmentation - Cannot rave enough about this entire office. I first saw Maggie for Kybella, the injections themselves are not pleasant but I am thrilled with my results and her bedside manner. I later went back to see Dr Connors for a breast augmentation and can't explain how wonderful the process was from start to finish, my only regret is having not seen him sooner! I achieved a very natural look and feel my requests were all delivered 100% and then some. I’m very thankful a friend referred me to Dr.Connors! He is extremely professional & took time to address all of my concerns. When he got out his ruler and measuring device (no clue what it’s called) to measure symmetry etc at the consultation, drew pictures, brought out a diagram.. I knew his attention to detail was what I wanted and needed! I had so many questions and concerns and he did not rush me at the consultation. His pricing is fair and not over priced. I had a mommy make-over including a tummy tuck, breast reduction, and liposuction. I look like a brand new person. I don’t think I realized how much damage was done to my body from 3 C-sections until the repair was done. Dr. Connors is amazingly skilled, kind, caring, and his entire staff follows his example. Saline breast implant removal, Silicone replacement with lift - In 2006 I received Saline breast implants over the muscle. Huge mistake. I was genetically prone to have small sagging breast and Saline implants over the muscle just made it 10x worse over the last decade, not to mention child birth, breastfeeding and weight loss. Here are pictures of my breast to date Updated on 1 Dec 2018: Need a breast lift and implant exchange after 12 years, 1 child and weight loss. I had several consultations over the last 3 years. I knew it would be tuff but patience is needed when you want to achieve the best results! I decided on Dr. Conners in Atlanta, GA Updated on 8 Dec 2018: I had my saline implants deflated two weeks prior to my surgery date. I was told that a lot of Dr.’s do this in the hope of helping the muscles to contract, if you had previous implants over the muscles and want to move the replacement implants under the muscle. Updated on 13 Dec 2018: ’m here at Dr. Conner’s office. I arrived at 9:00 for prepping! Anxious, nervous and excited. I just hope everything goes as expected. Ie heard Dr. Conners is excellent for breast in Atlanta, but everyone is different. Updated on 13 Dec 2018: Today is day one post surgery. Very sore and sleepy but not in extreme or unbearable pain as I expected. Dr. Conners called me personally last night to make sure I was ok. The nurse called me this morning, again just checking on me. Staff is truly amazing and helpful. They seem genuinely concerned which is nice. I’ll keep these updates coming! Btw I’m still extremely swollen but breast look amazing! I have drains that when won’t be removed for a week. Updated on 16 Dec 2018: I couldn’t help it anymore. I took a bath today. Although I had been sponge bathing I felt like it wasn’t enough! I sat in the bath tub with waist high water. I even took my bra off and washed my back, well with help of course, I can’t actually do it. Anyway, not in any pain but I am uncomfortable especially when it’s time to sleep. I want to sleep on my side or my stomach. I haven’t taken the Percocet in 2 days! I’m happy about that too. Don’t want to be dependent on that. When it gets too uncomfortable I take the Lyrica and or the muscle relaxer to sleep. Ready to remove the drains but they are still consistently draining, which is also good. Here a few pictures I took today! These babies are perked up. I know there is still a lot of swelling and naturally they will fall but I’m so excited and extremely happy with my results. Just keeping my fingers crossed for my nipple review... Updated on 22 Dec 2018: I went to Dr. Conner’s office on Thursday for my first post op. Everything looks and feels great. I had the drains removed and I got to see everything! I’m so happy with my results so far. I listen and comply with everything they tell me. My nipples looked so good. I still have stitching and scars of course. They gave me more temporary bandage to leave on until next week. I didn’t take pictures when they removed everything but so far here is my progress... I wish I would have went a little bigger. But that’s just me being vain. Updated on 3 Apr 2019: I am extremely happy with my results. I just had another follow up and I’m scheduled to see the Dr. again in 3 months. I am so glad I went with Dr. Connors. My scars are visible but not horrible. I don’t feel like I’ve been butchered. Lip filler/augmentation via Juvederm - This isn’t my 1st time filling my lips; however, I think it’s the best I’ve ever had. And I owe it to Maggie Schreck at Dr. John Connors office. Once again, thank you for going above and beyond.Maggie is truly an artist and able to visualize what small tweaks here or there can make the most impact, while always keeping in mind your goals and budget. She’s honest, kind, and realistic. She is now one of the only people I will let touch my face. So, I came in wanting better lips while my boyfriend was outdo town. She gave me the perfect lips with 3 units of Botox for an upper lip flip, 70% of the syringe of Juvederm and the other 30% remaining was used for softening my jowel or areas around my chin.Seriously, best lips ive ever had.I had minor bruising and swelling but very minor. Halo Pro & BBL 1st time laser - I’m almost 33 years old and have had significant sun damage, rosacea, and noticeable pores and vascular areas on my face that age me. Fillers and Botox are great, but the inconsistency of skin tone and color really make my makeup routine a timely affair. So, tomorrow morning I’m going back to my tried and true Plastic Surgeon’s office for a dual laser punch to knock these skin imperfections out. Heidi at Dr. John Connors office in Atlanta will be performing the laser procedure.It’s my first laser treatment but much needed. My biggest concern is my boyfriend coming home from his work trip early and seeing me swollen as hell... About 5 months ago I came into Dr. Connors office and met with his injector Maggie. I came into the office looking to address smile lines that were bothering me. Maggie informed me that the best way to address the lines I was worried about would be to inject filler in my cheeks and along the jaw line. At first I was a little hesitant about getting filler in my cheeks in fear of it looking a bit too feminine, however, Maggie reassured me it wouldn't and what a difference it made! This week I had the pleasure of having both BBL and fillers done at Dr.John Connors gorgeous, and super convenient for suburban Atlanta folks, new Avalon office. This is my first procedure I’ve had done with his office, and look forward to having the wonderful women on their laser and injectable team help me fight the clock! I want to look natural and not over done, and that is exactly the results I’ve achieved. The staff is down to earth, relatable and work with you towards the results you want. A little further down the road I may step up my age-fighting with a face lift, and Dr.Connors will be my guy. He did a septoplasty and rhinoplasty on my son two years ago. His results were absolutely wonderful. His breathing is now normal, and his nose, which had been badly broken a few times, looks great, very masculine and bump free. He’s been thrilled with his results. Also, a bonus if you are getting fillers, and are a needle-phobe, they offer nitrous, same stuff you can get at the dentist, to help take the edge off with no side affects. More

Rhinoplasty:I had wanted a rhinoplasty for many years, but kept putting it off because I was so nervous and scared. I wanted to still look like myself - just change a few imperfections. My family and I are eternally grateful for the compassion and extravagant courtesy extended by Dr. Mark Crispin. My daughter moved to Atlanta to train for a professional sport; we do not have family or friends in the city. My husband and I flew out for a long weekend to visit her, see her train and help get her settled. Unfortunately, my daughter sustained a serious injury (of career-ending magnitude) and our weekend plunged into emergency-mode. The injury had the potential to scar her for life and we knew we had to act fast. We contacted the one of the leading plastic surgeons in Newport Beach, California, Dr. Jay Calvert, for advice. Though he was in Dubai, Dr. Jay Calvert immediately connected us to a colleague in Atlanta, Dr. John Connors. Without hesitation, Dr. John Connors asked for preliminary information to begin assessing the magnitude of my daughter’s injury. He identified extreme urgency in the situation; my daughter’s wound needed to be closed within 24 hours. Unfortunately, Dr. John Connors was out of town and would not be available in the time-frame. Without skipping a beat, Dr. John Connors connected us to a trusted colleague, Dr. Mark Crispin; by the time Dr. Mark Crispin got word of our situation it was already 4:30PM on a Saturday in Atlanta.NOT ONLY did Dr. Mark Crispin reply within 15 minutes of being called by his colleague Dr. John Connors, he offered to pick us up (based on my daughter’s condition) and he opened up his office to evaluate and treat my daughter. I cannot fully express my gratitude; as a mother, seeing how quickly and delicately Dr. Mark Crispin attended to my child put my heart at rest, alleviating the fear that this incident would scar her (physically and emotionally) for life. As an acquaintance, Dr. Mark Crispin confirmed rare hopes that humanity can still extend love and courage selflessly.Our family’s emergency was met with the highest level of care despite no prior established relationship. I had a consultation with another big plastic surgeon here in Atlanta but I did not like he and his staff’s lack of bedside manner and demeanor. I cannot say enough great things regarding Dr. Connors and his staff's care. I was in a car accident about six weeks post-op. I called his office and explained my situation and how I was experiencing pain and swelling. His front desk scheduled me that day. I met with the PA as well as Dr. Connors. BEST body surgeon in the US! I rarely feel hopeless or turn to "others" to "fix me" but I was starting to run out of solutions for my abdomen! After 3 kids and a tummy tuck with another surgeon, I was still left with lots of loose skin, fullness and prolapse as the piece de resistance! Initially, I approached the surgeon who performed my original tummy tuck and his response was that I was no longer 28 years old and should "give it a rest." When I came to Dr. Connor's office to consult for the body lift, he validated my concerns and gave me sound advice that turned into transformative results. The same for the revision of my lower abdomen, which was not connected to the work Dr. C had done previously. He could have rolled his eyes and chided me for daring to want to make my abdomen a bit more taut and flat...especially after my previous procedures and medical history, but instead the results of my revision exceeded even my expectations. I really cannot believe it!I also respect how he treats the all female "office family." I have spoken to other doctor's and they are fine. They answer questions, but they just don't have the outward passion when they talk. This Doctor is incredible. He really listened and explained not only his opinion, but the science behind his surgery style and recovery. His office is gorgeous, professional and the rest of his staff made me feel welcome. They were patient and responsive. Also, very honest. His costs are a little more than double of another doctor I was seriously considering, but after looking at the work he does, I can see why. I had loose skin that extended beyond the tummy tuck incision due to significant weight loss over a two year period. Dr. Connors gave me very good advice to have a Brazilian butt lift with liposuction. The loose skin from my sides was flapped to my butt for fullness and a lift. After a six hour surgery, I did not have bruises or even scratches, I was off the pain medication in about four days and the incision was so clean, without any sutures sticking out. Dr. Connor?s attention to detail is unparalleled. Prior to surgery, I met with Dr. Connors twice, and emailed back and forth with Tammy , the practice manager and surgical coordinator, many times. Tammy even answered an email while she was away for a long weekend. Dr. Connors and Tammy kindly accommodated my request for a specific surgery date, without charging me extra. Dr. Connors requested my tummy tuck records to review and he also took the time to review my EKG. One day prior to surgery, Ashley, the lead cosmetic nurse, phoned me to introduce herself and make me feel very comfortable. The morning of the surgery, Ashley greeted me with so much energy and warmth. She is the BEST at placing an IV pain free! Dr. Connors spent a long time drawing on my body and answering a few last minute questions prior to surgery. During surgery, Dr. Connors spent an extra hour in the OR making sure everything was perfect and placing lots of stiches to make sure my body does not unzip. He did not charge additional fees for his time. He also kindly injected fat into my tummy tuck scar, which was concave and fixed a little scar dog ear? on my breast, from my previous surgery. Dr. Connors waited until I recovered from anesthesia and personally asked how I felt. He also took the time to call me that evening. The incision line was placed low so a bikini could cover it. The follow up visits after surgery were thorough, with very good advice about taking care of my incision and even the proper nutrition to make sure my strength was restored. Maggie, the PA, returned my emails several times with useful suggestions on how to best take care of the incision between visits, actually saving me a trip. Everyone I met at the office, from Kristy, who first greets you to Dr. Drake, the anesthesiologist, was so sweet, efficient, knowledgeable and responsive. I am so happy with my results and grateful to Dr. Connors and his office family for all the encouragement and positive energy. Thank you!!! More

42 and Ready for Liposuction and Brazilian Butt Lift - Atlanta, GA - My scheduled surgery date is July 22, 2015. I never in a million years thought I would get liposuction or a Brazilian Butt Lift. I have always been relatively happy with my body up until the past 2-3 years, then I noticed my butt dropping and my waist widening:/ It's like my whole midsection swallowed a tire. I used to be able to accept my curves because I had a small waist and a thin back but that small waist is gone, gone, gone!I have perused RealSelf for years but always researching Botox and minimally invasive things like that. After seeing the success of so many others I thought maybe it was an option. I started back in January and thought I would just start with my tummy and smart lipo with a local anesthetic. However the more I read everyone's stories and saw their transformations, I realized that shaping the body is more than just one body part. The areas I decided on are abdomen-waist, inner & outer thighs, knees, arms & bra back roll & Brazilian Butt Lift. That sounds like a lot when I type it all out! I'm terrified this is going to be incredibly painful.I consulted 2 doctors in Beverly Hills and 2 in Atlanta. I had tried to get a consultation with Michael Salzhauer in Miami because his butt lifts are perfect and has 600+ Five star reviews, but his office staff was a deal breaker (just my experience and I seem to be the only one with this issue, so it's not a fact, just my experience.) Ultimately I decided on a plastic surgeon in Atlanta. In case anything goes wrong a week after surgery such as an infection, seroma, blood clot, I would like to be able to go see my plastic surgeon in person.I have decided to go with Dr. John Philip Connors after careful debate. The reasons I chose him in order of importance are:- Straightforward, knowledgeable and honest with results. Answered all of my questions patiently. He also pointed out areas that would make the most difference. Plastic surgery is just as much of an art as it is a science.- Office Staff. A doctor is only as good as his team. From surgical nurses to the front desk, everyone seemed professional and caring. This is CRUCIAL in choosing a doctor. After surgery, this is who you will see and talk to 90% of the time.- Before & Afters of patients. His lipo is beautiful. His patient coordinator had lipo with him and her lipo scars were practically non existent, I had to search for them even when she was pointing to the spot. I will say that it was difficult to make the Brazilian butt lift decision because he did not have that many before and afters.-Reviews. From RealSelf and all other rating sites.- Reputation. I started asking nurses from various plastic surgeons and facial plastic surgeons offices for a recommendation. John Phillip Connors name came up several times. To me it's just as important to have the respect from the medical community as it is to have happy patients.-Training & Background. Harvard, Dartmouth, Georgetown, Vanderbilt. POST OP REVIEW:I am now two weeks post-op from a 7.5 hour p...rocedure in which I had smart lipo, a breast lift, and an extended tummy tuck. I do not take narcotic medications but went into this procedure anxiously knowing I might be forced to change my position on this in order to keep my pain at a level that was tolerable enough to simultaneously allow my body to heal. Due to the lengthy amount of time I was scheduled to be under general anesthesia, my family persuaded me to undergo the surgery at Northside in Alpharetta and stay overnight to be monitored by the medical staff at this facility. Dr. Connors did an AMAZING job and I do not have words to express how pleased I am with him and his level of skill and expertise. Not only am i starting to see unbelievable results, I only had to be administered pain medication while at Northside during the first 24 hours following my surgery!!! AMAZING Dr. Connors is fortunate enough to have a PA on staff by the name of Maggie who assists him in his surgeries. Since my procedure I have really gotten to know Maggie mainly because I am a High Maintenance patient and the degree to which I worry can be absolutely exhausting! Maggie has been so kind to me and really my main support system since the procedure. She cares about her patients so deeply and makes herself available at all hours to patiently answer or address any problems or fears they may be having. Maggie has earned my upmost respect and trust because my relationship with her has been unlike any other with a medical professional. She may be a PA but in my opinion her level of genuine concern makes her more qualified than any doctor Ive ever met and I would certainly value her opinion over any other physicians that I see. I know the feeling CANNOT be mutual but when my recovery is over and I do not have to any further post op visit with her I will feel like I’ve lost a friend. Absolutely the BEST!!!! More

First of all, I am doing well. Still recovering, and a little sore. I am so thrilled with my results, I can't imagine to tell you. I am slow to hit the gym...but it's coming. Just wiped out and busy with work, and getting ready for our vacation to Cancun! I know it was an intensive surgery, so it will be a while before I am "back" to normal. Best Surgeon in ATL and His Team!! - Atlanta, GA - I would like to share my great experience with my breast augmentation. I am 5'7, 135 lb, started with 34 A/32 B, BWD 12,5 cm. I chose moderate plus profile for the implants that would give me natural look and great cleavage. Dr. C chose 325 cc implants for me and refused to go higher in cc. He took under consideration my BWD, volume of my breasts and texture of my skin....And I trusted him!!! Also he guaranteed that my inflammatory scars will remain on the fold and would not migrate on the breast. My surgery was on April 18, 2014. Dr. C uses Keller Funnel during the procedure that reduces the bacterial contamination to minimum. I didn't feel any pain after the surgery except for pressure. It also took me 4 days to return back to my work. I am 8 months PO now, my scars are 3 cm long and still on the fold. My nipples are not stretched :))))) and there is no stretchmarks:)))) ( ohh yes I have seen the girls with bad stretch marks after the surgeries!!))) Most importantly, I DO NOT look fake! Back in February 2011 I had SmartLipo done by another doctor to remove the fat I just couldn't get rid of. The doctor that did that work told me he though I should have had a tummy tuck rather than the smartlipo but I was so afraid of the scar that I went ahead and had the SmartLipo.About 5 months after that procedure I started doing the research on having a tummy tuck. I went to many different websites and read many accounts from people and saw their photos. I don't remember what site it was (maybe realself.com) but I came across a comment from Dr. Connors. He wasn't on there advertising or anything of the sort. He was literally JUST giving information on the procedure. Only after actually researching him did I find out that he was here in Atlanta. I scheduled an appointment for a consult not sure if I would be able to go through with it but both he and Jill were very easy to talk to.I felt so at ease that during that consult I actually put down my deposit and scheduled my surgery for December 23rd.
